Whenever you pick up your phone, take one breath before tapping the screen.
A tiny pause can shift your whole day.
Directions for adding these lock screens to your phone.
On iPhone (iOS 16+)
Save the image to your Photos app.
Press and hold your Lock Screen.
Tap Customize or + to add a new wallpaper.
Choose Photos → select your mindful wallpaper.
Pinch to adjust if needed → tap Add.
Select Set as Wallpaper Pair or Set as Lock Screen.
✨ Tip 1: You can create multiple Lock Screens and easily switch depending on what you need that day.
✨ Tip 2: You can choose several or all of the Lock Screens to rotate throughout the day.
On iPhone (older iOS versions)
Save the image to Photos.
Go to Settings → Wallpaper → Choose a New Wallpaper.
Select the image → Set → choose Lock Screen.
On Android (Samsung, Google, etc.)
Save the image to your device.
Open Settings → Wallpaper & Style (or Display → Wallpaper).
Select the mindful wallpaper from Photos/Gallery.
Tap Set Wallpaper → choose Lock Screen (or Home & Lock Screens).
